How credits work

What is a credit?
One balance for everything: chat, research, images, video, voice and files. Cheaper models use fractions of a credit per message; video uses more. You always see an estimate before expensive actions, and the actual amount after.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits last until your next monthly refresh. Credit packs last 24 months. Whichever credits expire first are used first.
What if a generation fails?
You're not charged for provider errors, timeouts or empty results.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Billing. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for; your library stays yours.
Is anything unlimited?
No. We'd rather show clear numbers than promise 'unlimited' with hidden limits.
