Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account details (name, email), your content (prompts, messages, uploaded files, generated outputs), usage and billing records, and security signals (hashed IP and device identifiers, used to prevent abuse).
Who processes your content
To answer a request we send the relevant content to the AI provider that runs the model you use; each answer shows which model produced it. Our current subprocessors are listed publicly at /legal/subprocessors, with their purpose and location.
Training
We do not use your content to train AI models. We choose provider settings that disable training on API data where available; some providers retain request logs for a limited period for abuse monitoring under their own policies.
Retention
Your content is kept until you delete it or your account, subject to plan retention limits shown in the product (free-plan media is kept for 30 days). Payment and tax records are kept as required by law.
Deleting and exporting
You can delete individual items, whole projects or your account in Settings, and download a copy of your data. Deletion removes content from our systems; copies held in a provider's logs follow that provider's retention period, which we do not control.
Sharing
Everything is private by default. Content becomes public only if you create a share link, which you can revoke at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
