Who can use the service
hodolo is for people 18 and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
What the service is
hodolo gives you access to AI models operated by third-party providers through one account and one credit balance. We are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. Outputs are generated by AI, can be inaccurate, and are not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
Credits
Plans include monthly credits that expire at the end of each monthly credit period. Purchased credit packs expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable except as required by law or described in our Refund Policy. We show an estimate before expensive actions; you are never charged more than the estimate shown.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If we change prices, existing subscribers get advance notice before the change applies to them.
Your content
You keep your rights in what you upload and, to the extent the law and the model provider's terms allow, in the outputs you generate. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use outputs. Some providers' terms may limit certain uses; we list material restrictions in our provider documentation.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which includes the policies of the model providers we route your requests to. We may block requests, remove shared content and suspend accounts that violate it.
Availability
Models and features can change or become unavailable, for example if a provider changes its service. When a model you picked is unavailable we tell you and offer an alternative; we don't silently switch models you chose.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
