Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a provider error, a timeout, an empty or technically unusable result, or is blocked before generating, you are not charged. This happens automatically.
Results you don't like
Credits are consumed when a model produces a result, whether or not you like it. Our team may grant goodwill credits in exceptional cases.
Subscriptions and packs
You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refund requests for payments are handled by our payment provider according to applicable law, including statutory withdrawal rights where they apply. If a payment is refunded, the unused credits it bought are removed.
